Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in wealth management.

Oversee the development and implementation of banking strategies that align with the company's objectives in the Genève region and overseas.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Profile

A successful team leader should have:

A strong educational background in finance, economics, or a related field.

Proven expertise in the private banking and within the wealth management sector,

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.

A client-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios.

Fully open to regular business travel to the Bahamas.
