Responsibilities Assist in the administration of a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and other fiduciary structures. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client entities. Coordinate with clients and advisors to address inquiries and provide solutions. Prepare and review trust documentation, including deeds, resolutions, and agreements. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and tax filings in collaboration with external advisors. Monitor and manage deadlines for regulatory filings and other key deliverables. Support the team in identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and service offerings. Qualifications STEP diploma, an advantage Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Excel Fluent in English and French Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
