To support our campus operations and contribute to the daily experience of our students and staff, we are currently looking for a :
Kitchen Chef
Main duties and Responsibilities :
Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operation of the kitchen
Supervise the purchase, delivery, storage of all equipment and supplies in accordance with the school’s standards
Lead and supervise daily food production and coordinate operational activities with the kitchen team
Ensure the smooth running of stewarding operations in collaboration with the service team
Maintain strong coordination and communication with the restaurant and outlets service teams
Ensure the consistent production of high-quality food for students, staff, and visitors within the allocated budget, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements :
Degree in a culinary school as a Cook (Professional Certificate or equivalent),
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef OR 5 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
Creative team player with strong organizational and leadership skills
Fluent in French and English written and spoken
