This position involves stakeholder engagement, business process modeling, and managing smaller-scale projects independently. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery meetings to gather and formalize business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams Define test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and support deployment plans Engage extensively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clarity Champion continuous improvement and act as a bridge between IT and business Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP FICO and related modules (OTC, PTP, RTR) Strong knowledge of Finance and Tax business processes SAP functional experience and formal training/certification Experience in financial transformation and regulatory/tax projects Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills Fluent in English (French is an advantage) Exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Preferred Experience with digitalization in taxation (e-invoicing, real-time reporting) CBAP certification and Lean Six Sigma skills are a plus Why Join Us?
