As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you will manage operational purchas Operational Indirect Buyer (m,f,d) As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you will manage operational purchasing activities for a variety of indirect categories (IT, services, event-related spend, etc.) while supporting the ongoing transformation of the procurement function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant and value-driven sourcing. Operating in a dynamic, multicultural environment, they regularly manage complex projects and large-scale events and are currently strengthening their procurement capabilities. Description Support the development and implementation of cost-saving end-to-end operational procurement for indirect categories (IT, professional services, event-related services and other indirect spend). Handle day-to-day purchasing requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, analyse supplier offers and support negotiations and supplier selection. Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring correct documentation, approvals and on-time delivery of services. Contribute to supplier relationship management, including performance follow-up and issue resolution. Collaborate closely with event, IT, finance and other internal teams to anticipate needs and optimise indirect spend. Support transversal procurement initiatives and continuous improvement projects as the procurement function is being restructured. Ensure data accuracy in procurement tools and support basic reporting on key procurement KPIs. Profile Around 5 years' experience in operational procurement with a focus on indirect spend. Experience in an international environment; exposure to both private sector and NGO / international organisations is a strong asset. Proven experience managing transversal projects or contributing to procurement / process transformation. Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); French is a strong plus. Hands-on, flexible and solutions-oriented, comfortable joining a procurement function in reconstruction. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a service-minded and collaborative approach. Solid understanding of procurement processes, contracts and basic negotiation principles.
