The Growth Office is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that ensure sustainable growth and development across the institution. It oversees our people office and people development departments, our offices around the world, our business development to strengthen EHL's global presence. The department also supports innovation, strategy and sustainability, aligning the institution’s goals with emerging trends and industry needs. By fostering collaboration across departments, it contributes to the successful implementation of EHL’s strategies.

People Office - Intern

As part of the continued development and professionalization of the People Office Department, we are offering an internship opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a demonstrated interest in the field of Human Resources. The selected intern will work in close collaboration with the team and will provide dedicated support across key functional areas, with a particular emphasis on recruitment processes.

What will you do?

Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Participate in the screening of applications

Contribute to drafting and publishing job postings

Communicate with candidates and ensure thorough follow-up throughout the recruitment process

Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers

Who are you?

You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field

You are eager to grow your HR knowledge, particularly in Talent Acquisition

You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people

You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

You demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude

You are fluent in French and English (C2)
