On behalf of our client, a company based in Geneva, Senior HR Specialist On behalf of our client, a company based in Geneva, we are currently looking for a : Senior HR Specialist Main Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations. Handle sensitive and confidential HR cases with discretion and professionalism. Act as the right hand of the HR Director, providing daily operational and strategic support. Lead and contribute to HR projects, such as AI and digitalization Collaborate closely with managers and employees to provide HR Support HR reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for the HR Director and management. Profile Previous experience as a HR Generalist with exposure to all HR functions, including sensitive cases. Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and integrity. Strong project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
