Regional Head Export and Trade FinanceYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead regional export and trade finance ROW team
• Ensure export compliance and trade finance risk management for Order to Payment Cycle in line with governing laws and internal regulations
• Ensure financing cost control and optimized working capital management for export sales contracts
• Support business development and sales process with customer financing solutions
• External stakeholder management with banks, insurers, agents, and customers
• Ensure appropriate balance sheet credit exposure for Rieter’s third counterparties
• Support and train team members in the field of export compliance, development of structured finance solutions, compliant process management, and credit management
• Support transition and migration from paper-based trade finance services processing to digitized cross functional processes

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, trade finance and export management background with at least 10 years of experience

• Experience in structured and ECA-covered financing, incl. credit risk assessment across corporate, country, KYC, and export compliance

• Experience in digitization and process optimization

• Six Sigma / Lean / Project Management / Change Management

• Strong communication skills in English and German, Spanish and/or Russian are an advantage; additional languages are a plus

• High sense of integrity
