Description
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support to the Board Member and team
- Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing systems, and order processing
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, contracts, and briefing materials using MS Office
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Handle internal and external communication to ensure efficient information flow
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Support special projects and respond to complex operational inquiries
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an asset
- Bachelor's degree or qualification as "Direktionsassistentin"
- At least 5 years of board-level administrative experience in a multinational environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
- Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style
