No. 266 Location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases. Your role and main tasks You will assume full technical responsibility for payroll in Switzerland at our growing company. The monthly payroll run is handled by our external provider. You will manage, review, and be accountable for the entire process: from payroll processing and social security management to time tracking and financial accounting reconciliation. You will actively help shape our HR lifecycle processes and professionalize them within a company that is currently in the process of being established. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, professional responsibilities and creative freedom. You get opportunities to shape your role in a growing company with flat decision-making structures.
