Accounting Specialist
Description
Your Mission Independently record and reconcile daily bank transactions and maintain subledgers (accounts receivable, fixed assets accounting including depreciation). Manage accounts receivable, including dunning procedures, value adjustments, and due date analyses. Perform intercompany reconciliations and cross-charges between group entities. Prepare VAT returns and support internal and external audits. Contribute to the optimization and further development of financial and accounting processes. Participate in finance and accounting-related projects. Your Profile Completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as an Accounting Specialist are required. At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment. Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / Swiss accounting standards). In-depth expertise in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, intercompany postings, bank postings, fixed asset accounting, and VAT. Excel is part of your daily toolkit. Fluency in German and English is required. Structured, precise, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
