YOUR MAIN MISSIONS: Develop new business in Switzerland by identifying, prospecting and acquiring new clients (SME’s, large accounts, Financial Institutions, collections partners). Build and manage a qualified pipeline from lead generation to contact signature. Ensure prospecting and qualification of opportunities with high-level contacts: CFOs, Treasury directors, Credit Managers as well as brokers. Structure and execute outbound prospecting strategies (cold calls, networking, events,..). Manage relation with other relevant departments ( Legal, Group Debt Collection, Marketing etc.) Contribute to the commercial strategy and provide market feedback specific to Switzerland. Lead large deal negotiations, promote and follow-up evolutions on commercial features offered by the system ( extranet, APIs etc.) CANDIDATE PROFILE: Higher education Degree level (business school or university). Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft 365°, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc Proven experience of 5 years in BtoB sales ideally in a financial service (debt collection, credit management, financial service, insurance or consulting). Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record in new business acquisition. Comfortable working in a performance driven environment Competencies: Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills. Autonomous: able to self-motivate and focus on goals and activities while working on one’s own.
