What to expect
You will support our team responsible for anti money laundering activities within our Liechtenstein life insurance company
You will be responsible for clarifying business relationships with increased risk, handling suspicious cases, and maintaining close communication with our 2nd Line Compliance
You will aid Customer Service in complying with AML requirements and update business profiles
You will be responsible for internal AML documentation (work instructions, templates, forms)
You will collaborate with Customer Service in the areas of AEOI/FATCA
You will advise internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters, take on additional tasks related to legal and regulatory support for our Swiss and Liechtenstein entities and contribute to regulatory projects
The skills you'll bring
A completed Swiss university degree in law
2 years of experience in AML, ideally in the insurance sector
Knowledge of financial market law
Knowledge of Liechtenstein law or willingness to acquire it
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Enjoyment of cross border collaboration
A forward thinking, open minded personality motivated to cover a broad range of topics
High self motivation, commitment, and self discipline
Team spirit and enjoyment in communicating with various departments at Generali Switzerland
