We are looking for a highly motivated Research Chemist for a temporary assignment in Stein

Research Chemist

Your Responsibilities

Synthesis: Independently execute synthetic routes in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner.

Route Design: Contribute to the design and optimization of synthetic pathways using your chemical expertise and digital tools.

HSE Compliance: Perform detailed risk assessments and follow internal HSE standards for all experiments and raw materials.

Documentation: Record all experimental work with high scientific accuracy to support reproducibility, digital integration, and IP protection.

Problem?Solving: Troubleshoot synthetic challenges independently and as part of a project team.

Continuous Development: Stay up to date with modern synthetic methodologies and contribute to improvements in lab processes and workflows.

Must haves

Master’s degree in synthetic/organic chemistry,

or 3–5 years of industrial experience following completion of a chemistry apprenticeship.

Strong practical experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including reaction design, purification, and structural analysis.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross?functional project teams.

Proficiency with software tools for synthesis design and data analysis.

Fluent English (written & spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
