Your Tasks

Ensure global Trade Compliance by adhering to export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance, EAR and ITAR to enable legally compliant and timely deliveries worldwide

Maintenance and further development of SAP GTS including management of related Trade Compliance processes

Obtaining, managing and monitoring export licenses and end-user certificates across the supply chain

Classification of goods, software and technologies in accordance with applicable Export Control regulations

Execution of sanctioned party screenings as well as embargo and sanctions checks

Providing Trade Compliance guidance internally and supporting projects, training and process improvements in the organization

With this you convince us

Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in export, import, forwarding or Trade Compliance

Experience in an international industrial environment

Solid knowledge of European and international export control regulations such as Swiss Goods Control Ordinance and EU Dual Use regulations

Knowledge of US Export Control regulations EAR or ITAR is an advantage

Good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP and SAP GTS

Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style with strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
