Our client is a Swiss-based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization of biosimilars and innovative biologic therapies, particularly in specialty disease areas. As the launches of various new products are imminent, the company is looking for an experienced:

Key Account Manager Rx, Gastroenterology/Rheumatology (Ref. 2739)

Region Bern, Solothurn, Basel & Aargau

In this position, you will be responsible for driving commercial success in a defined sales region, focusing on gastroenterology or rheumatology (inflammatory diseases). You will work closely with healthcare professionals, internal teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and business development.

Your main tasks

Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned territory

Develop and implement strategic account plans

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Prepare and present tailored sales proposals

Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs in clinics and hospitals

Coordinate sales activities with internal departments and leadership

Represent the company at national and international congresses and events

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Support product launches and ensure successful market entry

Provide regular updates and insights to senior management

Your profile

Solid experience in pharmaceutical sales within Switzerland

Strong knowledge of gastroenterology or rheumatology (inflammatory diseases), at least one is a must

Familiarity with biosimilars is a plus

A well established, up to date network in the therapeutic area

Proven sales skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Commercially driven and results-oriented mindset

Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about healthcare innovation

Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented approach

Fluent in German and English; French or other languages are an advantage
