Logistics Coordinator EMEA Temporary 100 %
Temporary logistics team member in Zug city! We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented junior person to join the EMEA Supply Chain Operations team of our client in the premium fashion sector. In this role, you will support the coordination of inbound and outbound product flows across Europe, the UK and global markets, ensuring smooth operations between the third-party logistics partners (3PL), warehouses and commercial teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, international environment.

Starting in June (or earlier) you will work with limited contracts for app.6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
Act as a key interface between warehouses and commercial teams
Monitor transactional flows, identifying and resolving any operational blockers
Prepare and manage customs documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
Schedule pickups and deliveries with 3PL partners
Execute inventory movements in the ERP system to support sales channels
Create and release transfer orders between 3PL facilities
Handle logistics-related inquiries and escalations in collaboration with warehouses/parcel carriers
Track and manage ticket pipelines to ensure timely resolution
Drive a strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on logistics and export expertise
Support ad hoc operational tasks as required
Your Profile
2-3 years of experience in international logistics and transport coordination
Fluent in English spoken and written (C2 Level); additional European languages are a plus
Strong, concise communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
Team player with the ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment
Hands-on attitude with a drive to get things done efficiently
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with ERP and WMS systems is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
An interesting and demanding role in a dynamic, multicultural team is expecting you! Important is that you possess a valid work permit for Switzerland and are already living in the Zug area, also a hybrid work model is possible after training on-site.
