Head Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

Responsibility for resource- and budget planning

Leading and promoting employees within the Electrical Engineering department

Project controlling of quality, costs and deadlines within the electrical planning according to KPI's

Co-deg and roll-out of the department strategy in global collaboration

Monitoring of functional machine safety

Ensure compliance with our GMP and GAMP guidelines as well as our safety requirements and proper documentation

Close cooperation with internal and external departments

Proactive development of our products and processes

Hardskills

Completed engineering studies in electrical engineering or automation technology (FH/University)

Several years of professional and management experience in electrical engineering

Experience in Project Management as well as in plant and control cabinet construction

Basic knowledge of relevant standards for the global electrical industry

Fluent in German and English

Softskills

Coordination skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team

Independent, careful way of working as well as high personal responsibility

Ability to recognize talents and improve their performance

Competent appearance towards customers

Very good organizational skills as well as setting priorities

Respectful interaction and active listening

Willingness to travel internationally up to approx. 10%
