Warehouse Operations Scheduler 100% To improve workload planning, capacity alignment, and on-time shipment performance across warehouse operations, we are looking for a: Warehouse Operations Scheduler 100% Job Description Develop and maintain daily weekly, and monthly workload schedules for all regions distributed from our Brügg Distribution Center Analyze actual workload in comparison with planned resources, identify variances, and prepare proposals to address uncovered workload Ensure capacity planning is aligned with effective demand, proactively reporting any priorities or misalignments Monitor the progress of warehouse operations to ensure on-time departure of orders in line with established shipping schedule Communicate in a proactive and efficient way at all levels internally with other departments Your profile Completed commercial apprenticeship in a logistics environment is preferred, a further education in supply chain operations is a plus Up to 3 years of working experience in Logistics environment or within a similar field is preferred Strong IT skills (ERP, Diverse Ship Software, Microsoft Office & Excel) Very good English skills (both spoken and written) as well as German or French skills.
