Overview
We are supporting an international organisation undergoing a major SAP-driven Finance Transformation and are looking for an experienced FP&A / Supply Chain Controlling Specialist to strengthen the team.
This role sits close to the business and plays a key part in improving financial visibility, supporting decision-making, and driving performance across the supply chain. You will work in a fast-paced, commodity-exposed environment, partnering closely with operational and commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ongoing SAP / Finance Transformation project, with a focus on controlling and reporting processes
Act as a business partner to supply chain and commercial stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations
Manage and support full planning cycles (budget, forecast, actuals)
Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key business drivers
Build and enhance financial models, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve reporting transparency and decision-making
Extract, analyse, and validate financial data from SAP (FI/CO)
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and controlling processes
Profile
5-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or commercial finance
Strong background in supply chain controlling is essential
Experience in a B2B manufacturing, trading, or commodity-driven environment
Exposure to commodity-linked businesses (e.g. agriculture, energy, metals) is a strong advantage
Proven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders in operational or commercial settings
Hands-on experience across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced skills in Power BI (dashboarding and reporting)
Strong working knowledge of SAP FI/CO
Excellent Excel modelling skills (scenario analysis, P&L modelling, sensitivity analysis)
Experience with BPC, Anaplan, or similar planning tools is a plus
Fluent in English
Ability to start immediately
CH/EU nationality or valid CH working permit
