This permanent position is responsible for leading and continuously improving GMP-compliant logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving cross-functional initiatives, supporting quality systems, and developing team capabilities. Description The Process Expert Logistics (m/f/d) provides functional leadership in the Logistics Department by defining and optimizing processes and systems to ensure compliant, efficient operations, while driving cross-team collaboration, by carrying out the following task area: Drives the implementation and continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain operations, including goods receipt, sampling, storage, and distribution within a GMP-regulated environment Establishes, implements, and maintains logistics SOPs in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements Leads local and cross-functional projects as a Subject Expert (SME), overseeing activities from concept development through execution and successful completion. Represents the logistics function during regulatory inspections, customer audits, and client visits or presentations Supports deviation management and change control activities, acting as second-level owner for deviation investigations and contributing to CAPA development and timely implementation in TrackWise Develops and delivers training programs, including on-the-job training, to ensure high performance and operational excellence within the team Profile In order to be considered for the role, the ideal candidate should have: Successfully completed bachelor's and/or master's degree in supply chain management or a comparable discipline At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech logistics, with end-to-end responsibility for inbound handling, sampling, warehousing, and distribution activities Strong project management expertise, with a proven ability to structure complex issues and translate them into pragmatic, executable solutions Advanced proficiency in SAP MM and SAP EWM, with a solid focus on inbound processes, warehouse management integration, picking, and shipment execution Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken Proven ability to design and optimize logistics processes, supported by strong analytical and strategic thinking and clear process documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels Job Offer A permanent expert role driving GMP-compliant logistics processes, cross-functional projects, and continuous improvement within an international life sciences environment. jidc6f3f2cct jit0312ct jiy26ct
