Strategic Business Partner in Security (60-80%)
Location: Wangen b. Düb. &/or Geneva
When: 01 August 2026 or upon availability
Your mission:
In this impactful role at the intersection of security and strategy, you will be the right hand and sparring partner of the Head of Security, with the possibility to shape the program and strategy, and enable the 5 security teams with planning and support. This is not a technical role - it's about program leadership, stakeholder alignment, and structured enablement and delivery.
Your tasks:
Advise the Head of Security with strategic analysis, decision-making, and day-to-day priorities
Support the office in daily tasks, inquiries, requests, preparatory work, research
Turn strategic and complex topics into clear, impactful executive presentations and reports, with clear recommendations to help the decision-making process
Coordinate across teams' activities, enable collaboration by supporting initiative owners and working with experts, developing their project skills and guiding them
Maintain and monitor the Security Program, including initiative and epic backlogs
Report progress and track program items, support epic owners and prepare management status updates
Prepare and lead workshops and working sessions
What we are looking for:
A strategic, analytical, and organized professional with a consultant mindset, keen for project management, advisory and strategy
Potential, flexibility and go-getters more than certificates and credentials
Not a tech role - but willingness to learn quick about technology and security topics
Holistic thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyse problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
