As SecOps Engineer in our Stockholm office, you will play a key role in protecting and evolving our IT security across on-site, cloud, and hybrid environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As SecOps Engineer your main contribution will be to ensure the protection, resilience, and continuous improvement of the company's IT security landscape across all platforms and environments. You will play a vital role in strengthening our cybersecurity posture, reducing risk, and enabling secure business operations by:
- Strengthen and evolve IT security across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Own and execute the cybersecurity roadmap in line with business priorities
- Design and improve security architecture and secure-by-design practices
- Lead vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response with the SOC
- Manage identity, access, and core security tooling
- Assess vendors, SaaS solutions, and compliance risks, including
- Automate security operations and ensure resilience through patching, backup, and recovery
- Provide security expertise in projects and mentor team members

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Several years of hands-on experience in IT security operations or a similar security role
- Strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Experience deg and operating security in hybrid and cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Solid knowledge of identity and access management, including AD, Azure AD, SSO, and MFA
- Experience working with security tooling and SOC capabilities (e.g. EDR/XDR, logging, monitoring)
- Ability to assess risks, suppliers, and SaaS solutions from a security and compliance perspective
- Experience with automation or scripting to improve security operations (e.g. PowerShell)
- Good understanding of networking and security fundamentals
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating security topics clearly
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
