Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Job Description

Accenture söker nu erfarna testledare som vill vara med och vidareutveckla vårt erbjudande inom Quality Engineering. Hos oss arbetar du med några av Sveriges ledande bolag inom olika branscher och bidrar till att kvalitetssäkra verksamhetskritiska IT-lösningar.

I rollen som Quality Engineering Lead arbetar du med testledning i komplexa och varierande uppdrag. Du har en central roll i att ta fram, utveckla och implementera teststrategier, testplaner och arbetssätt som är anpassade efter kundens behov och förutsättningar.

Du leder och koordinerar tvärfunktionella team och säkerställer effektiv testning genom hela utvecklingskedjan, där testautomatisering är en självklar och integrerad del. Du använder även ny teknik, inklusive AI, för att analysera testresultat och bidra med insikter som stödjer kontinuerlig förbättring av både produkt och arbetssätt.

Som Quality Engineering Lead bidrar du med ett tryggt och inkluderande ledarskap. Du skapar struktur, riktning och engagemang i teamet, samtidigt som du självständigt kan hantera både strategiska och operativa frågeställningar. Genom att dela med dig av din erfarenhet och kompetens bidrar du till ett arbetssätt som skapar långsiktigt värde för både kund och team.

Qualification

Det här ser vi fram emot att du bidrar med:

• Flerårig erfarenhet av test och testledning

• God förståelse för testprocesser, metoder och verktyg

• Erfarenhet av att ta fram och implementera teststrategier och testplaner

• Erfarenhet av testautomatisering samt tillhörande ramverk och verktyg

• Kunskap om molnplattformar som Azure, GCP eller AWS

• Erfarenhet av både traditionella och agila arbetssätt, samt DevOps-processer

• En tydlig och trygg kommunikationsförmåga

• Flytande svenska i tal och skrift

• Relevant utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande erfarenhet

• Certifiering inom test, till exempel ISTQB Foundation, är meriterande
