Key responsibilities

As a Modern Workplace Engineering Architect, your focus is on Microsoft 365 suite solutions within the Workplace services field. You will apply your expertise in M365 solutioning by translating business requirements into innovative technical solutions. Acting as a front figure in projects, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering client relationships. You will stay updated with the latest technological trends in the Modern Workplace domain and attend partner events, s haring best practices and mentoring professional coworkers in the Modern Workplace domain to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

You have previous and solid experience with:

• Demonstrating confidence in deg end-to-end solutions across Microsoft 365 suite.
• Showing good control and eager leadership in managing clients' conversations.
• Understanding business advantages in Microsoft security tools (i.e. Defender and Purview).
• Implementing Microsoft Identity and Endpoint Management techniques and best practices.
• Using with natural proficiency PowerShell.
• Applying strong business acumen in migrations tools (i.e. Quest), Code controls (i.e. Git repositories), ITSM tools, Azure and automation.
• Showing a critical thinking, problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.

You're a natural leader who fosters collaboration and manages dynamic teams to drive project success. You will proactively identify business opportunities to enhance and expand the range of Microsoft 365 suite business solutions provided to clients. Your interpersonal and communication skills help technical and non-technical clients engage with often complex information.
