Description
Responsibilities : Deriving applicants for different visa processes and working on multiple visa types: study, work, tourist, business, skilled migration, family, etc. Interpreting frequent immigration policies and embassy updates. Daily proficiency use of platforms such as VFS portals, embassy websites, and online document-upload systems. Troubleshooting application errors and portal issues. Assessing document authenticity and detecting incomplete or weak documentation. Preparing SOPs, cover letters, travel itineraries, and supporting statements (non-sensitive and non-legal). Preparing clients for visa interviews in a non-immersive, informational way. Discover and understand more of the typical embassy questions and requirements. Engage in the understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and ethical handling of client documents. Requirements : 2–4 years of experience in visa consulting, travel agency work, or educational placement services. Prior experience handling visa processes for multiple countries is a strong advantage. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), email communication, and digital document management. Familiarity with country-specific visa rules, biometrics, and background checks. Ability to manage high volumes of applications simultaneously. Strong follow-up system for tracking applications and status checks. Skilled in managing clients under time pressure or stress. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to explain complex visa processes simply and clearly. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to use CRM systems or client-tracking software (if applicable).
