Responsibilities: Travel Design & Sales Execution: Design tailored travel solutions aligned with client needs and budgets Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling Manage client communication from inquiry through post-trip follow-up Bookings & Travel Operations: Handle flight and hotel bookings with accuracy and efficiency Provide visa advisory and assistance, including documentation guidance Ensure seamless coordination across all travel touchpoints External Stakeholder Interface: Interface directly with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and ground operators Maintain strong working relationships to ensure service quality and preferential terms Corporate Client Management: Onboard corporate travel clients and manage ongoing relationships Lead sales conversations, close travel deals, and manage repeat business Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate travel engagements Issue Resolution & Service Recovery: Handle travel-related conflict resolution, disruptions, and client complaints Ensure timely, professional resolution with a strong service-recovery mindset Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the company's Growth & Execution Lead on planning and execution Work closely with the Financial Solutions Architect to ensure cashflow discipline, pricing accuracy, and compliance Requirements: Strong client-facing and sales communication skills (written and spoken) Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work Comfortable working in sprints and cross-functional teams Prior experience in travel operations and sales is essential Knowledge of Agile ways of working is an advantage; training will be provided where required Ability to commute within Lekki/Ikota
