Description
Responsibilities: Provide expert travel advice to clients on destinations, visas, and travel requirements. Book and manage flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and travel packages. Process visa applications and ensure proper documentation. Handle ticket re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds. Manage customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with airline and embassy regulations. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo). Strong knowledge of international travel and visa processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good sales and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
