Strategy Lead
Description
Responsibilities: Reports creatively in a highly collaborative and team-oriented manner with the aim of winning new business as well as managing the strategic marketing development for some of the most recognized companies. Responsible for helping to build and grow awareness of the company's image by acting as an outward-facing thought leader. Identify potential deals and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. Manages the campaign measurement process to ensure that customers and the company are aligned on key performance metrics, establishing realistic business goals, providing accountability through reporting and analytics, and providing optimized strategies moving forward. Develop, manage, and evaluate stakeholder engagement strategies/plans to be in line with the company's sales, marketing, and communications strategy. Understand general knowledge of business, business drivers, and key performance indicators to support business decision-making, problem-solving, prioritization, and business-related analysis. Scan the internal and external environment of the company's businesses and identify opportunities that are critical to growth and sustainability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in strategy development and execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with data analytics and market research. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
