Trading & Market Analyst

Responsibilities: Conduct market research across equities, macro, forex, or crypto Develop and execute trade ideas with defined entry, target, and risk levels Monitor economic releases, earnings, and market themes Manage risk allocations and position sizing Track performance and maintain detailed trading documentation Build, test, or optimise algorithmic strategies (Quant roles) Lead strategy and mentor junior traders (Senior roles) Open Roles: Financial Market Analyst (0–2 years) Currency Market Specialist (2–4 years) Cryptocurrency Market Specialist (1–3 years) Quantitative Research Developer (0–3 years) Equity Portfolio Manager (5+ years) Requirements: Strong interest in financial markets and trading Solid understanding of risk management principles Analytical mindset and structured decision-making Discipline, consistency, and emotional control Ability to work independently in a remote setup Technical Requirements (Role Dependent): Knowledge of stocks, macro, forex, or crypto markets Programming skills (Python/C++ or similar) for Quant roles Proven trading track record for senior positions Experience with technical analysis and performance tracking Additional Requirements: Willingness to learn and improve continuously Ability to follow structured trading rules Small personal capital allocation may be required Personal trading logs, demo accounts, or performance history are an advantage Application Process: Submit your CV and include: A current trade idea (Junior roles) A macro event analysis (Currency role) An algorithmic strategy summary (Quant role) Trading performance history and methodology (Senior role) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Remuneration: USD 2,500
