OVERVIEW Our wellness program provides organisations with a confidential, outsourced channel for employee psychological support that employees cannot access through internal HR. The Licensed Psychologist is the practitioner who delivers that promise. Individual sessions are conducted in private, professionally booked settings. JOB DESCRIPTION Clinical Delivery • Deliver 60-minute individual confidential support sessions applying evidence-based frameworks to workplace presentations: burnout, occupational stress, adjustment disorders, and interpersonal conflict • Conduct psychological risk assessments where clinically indicated and produce written confidential reports. • Maintain accurate session records in compliance with the Centre's data protection framework and the NDPA 2023 • Refer appropriately where presentations fall outside the wellness service scope Programme Contribution • Co-facilitate resilience support circles and contribute to organisational wellbeing diagnostics • Participate in clinical supervision, case review, and CPD in line with PRBON requirements Performance Targets Session Capacity: 5 to 6 individual sessions per working day within 90 days Completion Rate: Minimum 75% of enrolled employees completing their session series Compliance: Zero data protection or scope-of-practice violations Requirements • B.Sc Psychology and M.Sc or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology • Current PRBON registration — candidates without active registration will not be considered • NPA membership required; NACP membership preferred • Minimum four years post-qualification clinical experience with working-age adult populations • Proficiency in CBT, ACT, and brief solution-focused modalities • Clear understanding of the boundary between clinical practice and coaching
