Description

Responsibilities: Provide executive-level management consulting services to external clients across organization design, business strategy, operating model optimization, and transformation engagements. Partner with client leadership teams to assess current organizational structures, governance models, workforce effectiveness, and business performance. Design organizational structures, role frameworks, and workforce models that support client business strategy, growth plans, and operational priorities. Lead and support client restructuring and optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, accountability, and scalability. Identify cross-functional dependencies and design mechanisms that enhance collaboration and enterprise-wide performance within client organizations. Conduct in-depth analysis of client business functions, processes, capabilities, cost structures, and performance metrics to inform recommendations. Develop and deliver high-quality client-facing presentations, reports, business cases, and advisory outputs for senior decision-makers. Design and facilitate strategy, organization design, and change workshops for client leadership teams and functional heads. Support client change and transformation initiatives by clarifying impacts, managing stakeholders, and enabling adoption of new structures and ways of working. Manage multiple client engagements by tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and outcomes in line with agreed project plans. Develop and apply consulting tools, frameworks, and methodologies used across client organization design and transformation projects. Conduct client-specific research, benchmarking, and market analysis to support evidence-based recommendations. Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in management consulting, organization design, and business transformation to enhance client value. Collaborate with internal consulting teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in management consulting, delivering advisory services to external clients across organization design, strategy, transformation, or operational improvement. Proven experience engaging and advising senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and business leaders. Strong analytical capability with the ability to structure complex client problems and translate insights into practical, implementable solutions. Solid understanding of organizational finance, including workforce costing, budgeting, and planning within client environments. Demonstrated project and engagement management experience, including managing multiple client stakeholders and deliverables. Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. High emotional intelligence, stakeholder sensitivity, and political awareness in client environments.
