Internal Auditor

Our client, a reputable healthcare facility, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly disciplined Internal Auditor to strengthen its financial and operational controls. This role is for someone who understands that in healthcare, accuracy is not just numbers—it’s trust, accountability, and responsibility. Location: Benin City, Edo State Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 200,000-250,000 Key Responsibilities Conduct regular audits of financial, operational, and administrative processes Review accounting records, billing systems, and revenue cycles for accuracy and compliance Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and healthcare guidelines Identify control gaps, risks, and areas for process improvement Prepare audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations Monitor implementation of corrective actions and compliance measures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–6 years’ experience in auditing (hospital or healthcare experience is an added advantage) Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
