Immigration Lawyer

Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice, representation, and support to clients on all immigration related matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, asylum, deportation defense, and compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from an accredited institution. Call to the Nigerian Bar (B.L) and active license to practice law. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in immigration or related legal practice. Strong understanding of international immigration policies, visa categories, and documentation processes. Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills. Proficiency in legal correspondence and client communication. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
