Financial Analyst

Responsibilities: Build and maintain 12-month rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Develop advanced cash flow forecasting models, integrating operational data with financial drivers. Conduct workforce planning and labor efficiency analysis to improve margin and productivity. Partner with clients to model machine utilization and efficiency metrics to drive capacity planning. Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and commentary. Perform financial statement analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Design and maintain KPI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational and financial performance. Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc business analysis Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA a plus). 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or business analysis. Strong modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred. Experience working with manufacturing, logistics, or product-based businesses is highly desirable. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
