We are currently expanding our sales force and invite focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented individuals to consider a Financial Advisor role within our agency system. About the Role This is a sales-focused position with earnings directly tied to performance. The role involves prospecting, client engagement, and closing life insurance business within a structured and compliant framework. The role is hybrid and can be taken on as a part-time engagement, provided the candidate demonstrates seriousness, discipline, and the ability to consistently deliver results. Flexibility comes with responsibility, and success depends on execution. Mentorship & Support Every Sales Executive is assigned to a dedicated Agency Manager who will guide and support you in your role. This includes: Orientation and training on products and sales processes Guidance on prospecting, client engagement, and closing techniques Performance coaching and regular progress reviews Assistance with compliance, documentation, and client follow-ups While the role is performance-driven, this support ensures that every motivated and disciplined candidate has access to the guidance needed to succeed and grow within SanlamAllianz. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect for and acquire new clients Present and sell life insurance and protection products Meet agreed sales targets consistently Build and maintain a personal client portfolio Complete required documentation and basic compliance processes Follow up on prospects and manage the sales pipeline Part-Time Engagement: What This Means Candidates choosing to treat this role as part-time must understand that: Sales targets still apply, though structured realistically Flexibility does not remove performance expectations Success requires intentional scheduling, follow-up, and discipline Income and benefits are directly linked to output, not hours spent.
