Finance Specialist

Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and overseeing the company’s financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives Manage the preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and providing insights for decision-making. Oversee the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations, forecasting future needs, and optimizing working capital. Implement and monitor cost-saving measures to ensure expenses align with the budget and improve overall profitability Ensure compliance with tax regulations, optimizing the company’s tax position, and managing timely tax payments to avoid penalties. Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, regulatory compliance, and implementing audit recommendations. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and minimize potential losses. Develop and implement financial policies to standardize operations, ensure compliance, and align with business strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Familiarity with financial regulations and tax policies, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and budget management. Proficient in financial software (such as SAP, QuickBooks) and office software (such as Excel). Preference for candidates with relevant professional certifications (such as CPA, ACCA). Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments. High sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork spirit. Fluent in English, with the ability to understand and draft relevant financial documents.
