Finance Analyst

Responsibilities: Supporting investment research and analysis Assisting in the development of the firm’s investment strategy, Contributing to the creation of internal processes and operational frameworks Collaborating with the founding team to help shape the firm’s culture and decision-making approach Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data. Basic knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and investment analysis concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, spreadsheets, formulas) and other Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapting to changing priorities
