Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
