Description
Responsibilities: Support the execution of enterprise-wide strategy and innovation initiatives led by the Strategy & Innovation function. Translate strategic priorities into detailed execution plans, workstreams, timelines and KPIs. Track progress of strategic initiatives and escalate risks or delays proactively. Coordinate multiple strategic and innovation projects across business units (Retail, Labs/Diagnostics, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR). Ensure alignment between project owners, timelines, and expected outcomes. Prepare briefs, presentations and strategy papers. Manage meeting agendas, follow-ups and execution of agreed actions. Support ideation, evaluation, and implementation of new business initiatives, partnerships and pilot programmes. Conduct market research, competitive analysis and business case development. Support go-to-market planning for new products, services or platforms. Serve as a central coordination point between the Strategy & Innovation function and other departments. Drive alignment, manage dependencies, and resolve execution bottlenecks. Liaise with external partners, consultants, and advisors where required. Support governance processes for strategy and innovation initiatives. Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and strategic objectives. Ensure documentation, approvals, and decision logs are properly maintained. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, innovation, legal or project management roles. Prior experience working closely with senior executives or leading cross-functional initiatives. Experience in healthcare, finance, retail, FMCG and Oil and Gas or other regulated sectors is an advantage. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Excellent project and programme management skills. High-quality analytical, research, and presentation skills. Clear and confident written and verbal communication. Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability. High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
