What You'll Do Design, drive, and monitor strategic and operational initiatives from concept to delivery. Solve complex business problems with a mix of analytical rigor and human-centered approaches. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal analysis that fuels smart decisions. Translate insights into sharp presentations, memos, and client deliverables. Lead client relationships: turn their needs into structured work plans with clear deliverables and timelines. Build frameworks, trackers, and dashboards that make execution feel effortless. Own communication and stakeholder alignment—flag roadblocks early, celebrate wins publicly. Drive continuous improvement: better tools, cleaner processes, stronger documentation. What We're Looking For Intellectually curious, execution-oriented, and thrives in ambiguity. Excellent communicator who builds trust-based relationships with senior clients. High ownership mindset with structured thinking and rigorous follow-through. What Sets You Apart 3–6 years in consulting, operations, strategy, or program management. Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in business, economics, engineering, or related fields. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving chops. Confident with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365; quick to adopt new tools. Bonus: Familiarity with digital transformation, operational improvement, or organizational change programs. Extra bonus: Experience with low-code automation tools (Power BI, Notion, Power Automate), CRM systems, or data viz platforms.
