What is this challenge about •    Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database services; •    Write efficient, reusable code with unit and integration tests; •    Automate environment provisioning, deployments, backups, and operational tasks; •    Manage Kubernetes XRDs and deploy databases across cloud and on-prem; •    Collaborate with DBAs, developers, and operations to improve reliability and scalability; •    Document infrastructure and monitor system health; •    Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive fixes; •    Secure systems and enforce least-privilege access.

What we are looking for •    5+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering; •    Strong AWS (RDS, EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS) and on-prem virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Nutanix) experience; •    CI/CD experience with GitLab and Jenkins; •    IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible) skills; •    Docker & Kubernetes experience, including XRDs and Crossplane; •    Scripting in Python and Bash; •    Advanced Oracle and PostgreSQL operations, zero-downtime migrations; •    Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and event-driven systems (Kafka); •    Strong communication, teamwork, and proactive learning; •    Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field; •    Fluency in English (mini
