Our clients range from small entrepreneurs to established e-commerce brands, and we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality work.
To continue delivering outstanding service and scale our operations, we are looking for a Client Support & Project Coordinator to join our team.
This is Monday to Friday, fully remote work. We are happy with either Part-Time or Full-Time and the hours can be dynamic. We also do not micro manage, you are free to organise your day, we just want to make sure the work is organised and gets done, other than that we won’t be on top of you.
Your Role: You will serve as the link between our clients and development team, ensuring smooth communication, organized project flow, and timely updates. We will support you directly with any questions you have and also provide you video tutorials and written SOP’s that you can watch and re-watch everytime you need it. It is important that you learn about each of the current projects, so you can liaise between the development team and the clients, be able to check the work done by the developers before sharing with the client and also be able to understand client requests and pass them to the development team. Communications with clients are mainly via email or chat, however there can be calls on bigger projects, so someone that is comfortable speaking in English is important. The majority of the time you will be dealing with clients, and not prospects, but it might happen to you help us speaking with prospects too when needed.
