Role Description:

Mind Source is strengthening its Data & AI team with a talented professional in Financial Crime Data and Technology.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles within Financial Crime or closely related domains in Financial Services;
  • Solid understanding of Financial Crime processes and controls, including Transaction Monitoring (TM), Screening/Sanctions, and KYC/Customer Due Diligence;
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data migration activities across complex systems;
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end IT projects (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU);
  • Experience working in regulated environments with strong awareness of data quality, governance, lineage, and auditability requirements;
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams, stakeholders, and vendors across complex programmes;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-t
