Role Description:

Mind Source is strengthening its Software Development team with a talented professional in Solution Architecture, specialized in Financial Crime.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • More than 4 years of experience in similar roles as a Solution Architect, preferably within banking or highly regulated environments;
  • Proven experience in Financial Crime, Risk, or complex regulatory environments;
  • Solid knowledge of Financial Crime domains (AML, Sanctions, Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB);
  • Experience in defining and governing solution architectures (HLD and LLD);
  • Experience deg solutions involving complex data, legacy platforms, and regulatory constraints;
  • Strong understanding of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures;
  • Experience working with formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks;
  • Ability to identify, manage, and escalate architectural risks and dependencies;
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and standards (e.g. PRA, FCA, ECB);
  • Experience in systems integration, data
