What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Systems Administration, with a strong focus on Linux (RHEL).
• Proven experience in L1/L2 technical support and IT operations.
• Proficiency in Linux (RHEL) environments and familiarity with VMware.
• Solid knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Centreon) and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, GLPI).
• Familiarity with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana for data integration and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of web and middleware technologies (e.g., Apache httpd, Tomcat, PHP).
• Understanding of containerization concepts, ideally with Kubernetes.
• Mandatory French language proficiency (B2 level).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in the Lisbon office) and valid work permit for Portugal.
