What are we looking for?

  • Senior Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) Data Center Administrator with 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian solutions.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Atlassian Data Center environments.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level). French is a plus.
  • Experience in ensuring the availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
  • Ability to define and execute controlled upgrade plans for Jira, Confluence, and plugins, ensuring compatibility.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting system issues, investigating root causes, and recommending permanent solutions and workarounds.
  • Solid technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure and administration best practices.
  • Knowledge of integration with other applications (e.g., other Atlassian instances, ServiceNow, Splunk).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into application solutions.
