What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Application Support or similar roles;
• Solid experience with AS400 technology;
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ITIL best practices;
• Proven ability to provide front-line client support, including logging, troubleshooting, and resolving or escalating incidents;
• Experience in fulfilling reporting, data extraction, and application configuration requests;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of products and technologies;
• Excellent communication skills, client-focused approach, and capacity for teamwork and autonomous work;
• Availability to work alternating shifts (earliest start 6:00 AM, latest finish 7:00 PM) and occasional Saturdays for technical operations;
• Valuable: Knowledge of Banking and Stock Market sectors;
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
