What are you going to do?

• User support: handling incidents and service requests, diagnosis, follow-up, and resolution;
• Monitoring of alerting systems: implementing fixes and solutions for detected events and errors;
• Backup monitoring: validation of backup and restore routines;
• Technical troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, and network/DNS environments;
• Windows and Linux systems administration: maintenance, basic hardening, updates, and service management;
• Microsoft environment administration: Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows Server, and Azure;
• Implementation of new solutions, automations, and processes to drive continuous improvement and reduce manual work;
• Container administration (Docker; Kubernetes preferred) and support for existing workloads;
• Licensing and IT asset management: inventory, tracking, and lifecycle management;
• Management of physical access to offices: related processes and permission handling.
