What is this challenge about •     Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship; •     Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems; •     Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions; •     Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines; •     Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture; •     Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and proactively propose solutions.

What we are looking for •     8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role; •     Strong proficiency in.NET; •     Experience with Azure; •     Experience with React and Next.js; •     Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices; •     Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices; •     Ideally previous experience in the fintech industry; •     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
